Wesbuilt completed the fit-out of the Performance Lab fitness facility located in the famed 26-story, two-tower JACX office development in Long Island City. Designed by HLW Architects in collaboration with Tishman Speyer, the space consists of two large fitness studios, a reception area, a retail area, changing rooms, and locker facilities. The fitness studios are equipped with high-end gym equipment and infrared panels to facilitate ‘hot’ fitness classes.
