The Empire Gym & Lounge

The Empire Condominiums underwent an extensive renovation to enhance and modernize its residential amenity spaces. Designed by Musho & MR Architects, the project transformed an underutilized area into a sophisticated 6,000-square-foot wellness and recreation suite. The renovation included a fully equipped gymnasium, residents’ lounge, children’s playroom, kitchen, and landscaped terrace, all designed to foster community and well-being within the luxury condominium setting. Through careful planning and execution, the project revitalized the property’s common spaces and elevated the overall living experience for residents of this Upper East Side landmark.
