Together with OrangeTheory Corporate and Design 42 Architecture, Wesbuilt completed the flagship studio of OrangeTheory Fitness (OTF) in Midtown Manhattan. Headquarted in Boca Raton, Florida, OTF is a boutique fitness studio franchise with 1,500 studios located across the US and internationally. This 4,500-square foot project was the 7th OTF studio Wesbuilt has constructed for the chain in New York. The two-level space features a lobby and retail area, a 2,000-square foot workout studio, locker rooms, and a consultation room. Since this was a flagship studio, the project, design and construction teams collaborated closely to select and implement new elements that would become standard in future franchisee locations.
