Wesbuilt completed the renovation of Imagine Swimming’s newest flagship location on the Upper West Side. Imagine Swimming is NYC’s premiere learn-to-swim school, with multiple locations throughout New York City. Designed by BP Architects, this project included a pool, changing rooms and bleachers. Newly installed MEP systems take into account cooling and moisture loads of a swimming pool’s seasonal variations in outdoor air temperature and humidity, solar gains and losses as well as the presence of spectators and bleacher areas.
