Wesbuilt completed a full gut rehab of an existing townhouse to accommodate space for a new fine foods retail store, catering kitchens, and offices, Cobblestone Catering. This project included an excavation of the basement to increase ceiling height and an extension to the rear of the building, resulting in extensive underpinning and structural work throughout.
