Opened in 2006, Swedish Coffee shop Fika operated 17 café’s across NYC.  Known as a destination for coffee and chocolate, the company at one time was considered one of the fastest-growing chains in the city. Between 2014 and 2015, Fika opened eight shops in a 10-month period.
