Wesbuilt completed a tenant buildout for Blue Bottle Coffee, a network of coffee shops across the US, Japan and Korea. Together with the team at LOC Associates, who served as the Owner’s Representative for this project, Wesbuilt delivered the 1,500-square-foot space, complete with fine, delicate finishes and high-end coffee equipment throughout. The unique, clean design of the space features high ceilings which are complemented by full height millwork displays. The shop is furnished with suspended pendant lights, polished terrazzo counter tops and shelving units, maple cabinets, and oak seating areas. The serving bar boasts stainless steel countertops and state-of-the-art coffee equipment.
