Cancer Research Institute

This project involved the complete office fit-out for the Cancer Research Institute. The new space features an inviting reception area with metal and glass entry doors, pendant lighting, and integrated video displays. Along the perimeter, glass-front DIRTT offices provide privacy and transparency, complemented by phone booths and a large conference room with custom millwork and lighting. Collaboration zones, a café, and an open-plan workspace offer expansive views of the Hudson River, fostering both productivity and connection. Technology is seamlessly integrated throughout, including advanced lighting controls, sound masking systems, and A/V conferencing tools.
