The scope included the comprehensive replacement and upgrade of core building systems, including new MEP infrastructure, roof, windows, curtain walling, boilers, elevator modernizations, and a fully upgraded gymnasium. The project also introduced a new 3,000-square-foot gym and auditorium, providing enhanced space for both academic and extracurricular programming.
