This project for Sterling National Bank comprised of a front-of-house retail and back office. The retail portion was designed to create a welcoming, efficient, and secure environment for customers to conduct their banking transactions and consultations. A spacious and well-organized reception area welcomes customers upon entry. It includes comfortable seating, informational displays, and a reception desk where customers are greeted by staff. The space includes private and semi-private consultation rooms for customers requiring more personalized assistance. The fit-out included robust security measures including CCTV cameras, access control systems, secure vaults, and ballistic glass which were discretely incorporated to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
