Empire Asset Management

This 12,000-square-foot build-out features an open trading floor, a mix of large and micro-conference rooms, a cafe area and private perimeter offices. The main open-plan layout is designed to promote collaboration, communication, and flexibility across teams, while still allowing for focused work where needed. The use of modular furniture and flexible partition systems (DIRRT) enables the space to be easily reconfigured as operational needs evolve over time. Thoughtful design elements were incorporated throughout, including integrated MEP coordination within the ceiling and partition systems to maintain a clean, cohesive aesthetic. Additionally, the project implemented comprehensive acoustic treatments—such as sound-absorbing panels, ceiling baffles, and carpeting—to mitigate noise and enhance overall workplace comfort and productivity.
