8,000 SF Retail Fit-Out
Wesbuilt completed the fit-out of the Chelsea Market location for Neighborhood Goods – a retail chain that is known for its ‘department store of the future’ concept as it reimagines the brick-and-mortar shopping experience for the digital age. Designed by Droese Raney Architecture, the front of the store serves as a lounging area for shoppers, intended to promote the communal vibe that the chain wants its shoppers to feel upon entering the store. This is further augmented by brand activation spaces around the store allowing for an experiential shopping experience. The back of the store features a pop-up grocery area and cocktail bar.
