This project involved the renovation of a high-end, 370-unit student housing development in the heart of Hudson Yards. The renovation transformed key spaces, including an expansive lobby, dining hall, fitness center, communal lounge areas and dedicated study rooms. Formerly known as the Webster Apartments, the revitalized building preserves its legacy of providing housing for students and interns while embracing a contemporary design. Designed by the renowned STUDIOS Architecture, the project aimed to create a modern, welcoming, and vibrant living space that promotes both academic success and community building.
