This project involved a comprehensive renovation to an existing educational facility, encompassing upgrades to the lobby, third and fourth floors. The scope introduced specialized training environments, including a fully outfitted barber shop and dedicated CNA/HHA instructional rooms designed to support hands-on learning. Significant structural modifications were undertaken, including expanded masonry openings to accommodate medical stretcher access, along with full upgrades to the building’s sprinkler and fire alarm systems. Interior improvements featured a combination of acoustical drop ceilings and open ceiling concepts, new radiator enclosures and integrated pipe chases. Together, these enhancements deliver a cohesive, efficient, and contemporary learning environment tailored to evolving educational needs.
