Wesbuilt completed the lobby renovation for the iconic Lincoln Building for Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group, located at 1 Union Square West in Manhattan. This landmarked, historical property was built in the late 1800s and is 9 stories tall. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983 and declared a New York City Landmark in 1988. Designed by award-winning architecture and interior design firm Cetra Ruddy, this project involved the restoration and enhancement of the building’s original entrance and lobby, while ensuring to preserve historic design elements and introducing modern materials, new lighting, elevator cabs, and mechanical systems.
