Wesbuilt completed this dual lobby renovation located at 333 East 79^th Street in the heart of the Upper East Side. Designed by specialized lobby designers, Forbes Ergas Design, the contemporary space features a new entry storefront, wall coverings, marble flooring and new lighting design. This project also involved built in millwork, a new millwork and stone concierge desk with state-of-the-art property management software integration. Due to the heavy occupancy in this building, this project was carefully planned into four phases in order to minimize daily disruption and ensure the safety of occupants.
