The interior spaces were completely refurbished with new flooring, lighting, and decorative elements, ensuring a cohesive and upscale look throughout the mall. We reconfigured the layout to optimize foot traffic, creating a more intuitive and enjoyable shopping experience with strategically placed anchor store, Century 21, Michaels, Home Goods etc.. Public spaces were revitalized with greenery, water features, and art installations, providing attractive and relaxing areas for shoppers to enjoy. The repositioning project was completed on time and within budget, with careful coordination to minimize disruption to existing tenants and customers.
