Mall Reposition

Wesbuilt recently completed a transformative mall repositioning project for Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp revitalizing the space to enhance its appeal, functionality, and commercial success. This ambitious project involved a comprehensive overhaul of the mall’s layout, aesthetics, and amenities, with the goal of creating a vibrant, modern destination for shoppers and tenants alike. Designed by MLDS Architects, the project involved updating the mall entrances with contemporary designs and signage, creating an inviting and prominent gateway for visitors. The interior spaces were completely refurbished with new flooring, lighting, and decorative elements, ensuring a cohesive and upscale look throughout the mall. We reconfigured the layout to optimize foot traffic, creating a more intuitive and enjoyable shopping experience with strategically placed anchor store, Century 21, Michaels, Home Goods etc.. Public spaces were revitalized with greenery, water features, and art installations, providing attractive and relaxing areas for shoppers to enjoy. The repositioning project was completed on time and within budget, with careful coordination to minimize disruption to existing tenants and customers. The result is a transformed mall that not only meets the evolving needs of today’s shoppers but also provides an attractive and profitable environment for retailers. We are proud to have played a key role in rejuvenating The Mall at Cross County, helping it to remain a premier shopping destination for years to come.
