Wesbuilt completed the 6,855-square-foot triplex penthouse for developer Related Companies in the iconic Zaha Hadid Building located in the trendy, art-centric neighborhood of West Chelsea. Designed by the late Pritzker Prize-winning architect Zaha Hadid, this property is one of New York City’s most architecturally famous residences. The penthouse features a corner master suite with private balcony, two dressing rooms and two baths. Three additional bedrooms are located on the lower level while the final bedroom is on the mid-level entertainment floor, which also features a kitchen and wet bar. This project also involved the installation of a private resident elevator and a three-level sculptural staircase. Floor-to-ceiling windows were installed to offer expansive views of Chelsea’s High Line Park while a 2,552-square-foot rooftop terrace offers wraparound views of the surrounding area.
