Designed by critically acclaimed Architect Antonio Di Oronzo, Spring Place is an exclusive members-only club and cultural haven in the heart of Tribeca that hosts exclusive events for New York Fashion Week, the Independent Art Fair and the Tribeca Film Festival. The project involved the gut renovation of the 7^th floor and included a state-of-the-art catering kitchen, multiple curated spaces, shared workspaces, private meeting rooms, executive boardrooms, a library and much more.
