Wesbuilt completed the two-floor office fit-out of the NYPD’s Traffic Division in Forest Hills, Queens for client Muss Development. Designed by Applied Design Initiative, this project involved the installation of a new reception area, all new MEPs, offices, partitions, millwork, lights, and AV/IT equipment. This project also included a comprehensive HVAC scope including F&I of two new rooftop ClimaCool Chillers and Pumps and an extensive audiovisual and security package as specified by the NYPD.
