The New York City Human Resources Administration/Department of Social Services (HRA/DSS) is the nation’s largest social services agency and assists over 3 million low-income New Yorkers annually. Wesbuilt completed the two-floor ft-out plus a third partial floor rehabilitation of their office in Jamaica, Queens for client Muss Development. This project involved the installation of a new reception area, all new MEPs, offices, partitions, lights and millwork. This project also included a comprehensive AV and IT package which was specified for the HRA department.
