This project involved the fit-out of a two-floor office space for a non-profit legal services organization located in the Civic Center neighborhood of lower Manhattan. The fit-out aimed to create a functional, welcoming, and professional environment that supports the organization’s mission to provide legal assistance to underserved communities. The office space included reception and waiting areas, private offices, meeting rooms, workstations, storage areas, and break rooms. The project also included a new internal staircase thus combing the two floors. The design and fit-out reflected the organization’s values of accessibility, confidentiality, and professionalism.
