This project consisted of an extensive renovation of the amenity floor of the Empire Condominiums located at 188 East 78th Street.  The renovation included the installation of a new gymnasium, a playroom with extensive acoustical isolation, a luxury lounge, and a warming kitchen. The project also included an outdoor terrace with special features such as an NanaWall,  Slimtech Pavers and planters through-out.
