EHS Student Residence

This project involved the comprehensive renovation of a high-end, 370-unit student housing development for Educational Housing Services, located in the heart of Hudson Yards. The work transformed key amenity and living spaces, including dormitories, an expansive lobby, dining hall, fitness center, communal lounges, and dedicated study areas. Formerly known as the Webster Apartments, the revitalized building preserves its longstanding legacy of providing housing for students and interns while introducing a contemporary, elevated design. Designed by the renowned STUDIOS Architecture, the project delivers a modern, welcoming, and vibrant living environment that fosters both academic success and a strong sense of community.
