Wesbuilt completed an extensive renovation of The Chemists’ Club Hotel, a 107-room boutique property located in Midtown Manhattan. Formerly known as The Dylan, the hotel was rebranded in 2024 to honor the pioneering researchers and innovators who once gathered here. The hotel’s transformation balanced modern luxury with historic preservation. Key architectural elements, including the grand façade and majestic staircase, were meticulously maintained, while the renovation introduced a newly designed lobby, upgraded amenities, and refreshed suites. This project also included window replacement and upgraded heating and cooling systems. The updated guest rooms feature high-end finishes, and contemporary design elements that enhance the boutique experience.
