Wesbuilt completed the build-out of a prominent venture capital fund and incubator’s new Manhattan headquarters in Union Square. Designed to be both timeless and flexible, the amenity-rich workplace reflects the firm’s identity, culture, and values through a sophisticated blend of materials, architectural detailing, and integrated technology. The space features open collaboration areas, private offices, conference rooms, high-end pantry, and carefully curated finishes throughout, creating a modern yet welcoming environment. Skylights were introduced to bring natural light deep into the space, illuminating two centrally located collaboration rooms clad in custom rift white oak wall panels. The expansive rooftop offers panoramic views of Union Square and provides a unique indoor-outdoor gathering space for meetings, events, and informal collaboration.
