This ambitious mall repositioning project involved a comprehensive overhaul of the mall’s layout, aesthetics, and amenities. The project involved updating the mall entrances with contemporary designs and signage, refurbishing interior spaces with new flooring, lighting, and decorative elements, ensuring a cohesive and upscale look throughout the mall. We reconfigured the layout to optimize foot traffic and strategically placing anchor stores such as Century 21 and Home Goods etc. Public spaces were revitalized with greenery, water features, and art installations.
