Wesbuilt completed this office build-out and renovation for esteemed New York developer, Related Companies, at One Columbus Circle (formerly the Time Warner Center). The project involved a comprehensive transformation of the space into a refined, high-end workplace, with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship and material quality. Key elements included the installation of large-format porcelain slabs, custom wood ceilings, and meticulously detailed wood veneer wall paneling throughout. The completed space comprises modern open work areas, private offices, an employee café, a sleek reception area, and a striking new conference room designed for both functionality and impact.
