This project entails the modernization of an 8-story light industrial building, featuring a new 20,000 SF truck court, 12 loading docks, and the addition of four freight elevators, along with upgrades to three passenger elevators. The ground floor will host multiple retail spaces, while the upper floors will be a mix of production areas, storage, and offices; each floor equipped with new restrooms. A key highlight of the project is the upgrade to the Con Edison electrical services, providing three 4,000A/460V systems to meet modern power requirements.
