Wesbuilt completed the fit-out of high-end Hong-Kong based restaurant Hutong, the first North American restaurant within the international Aqua Restaurant Group franchise. Located in the former Le Cirque space on Lexington Avenue, the 18,000-square-foot project delivers a sophisticated dining environment for the Michelin-starred Northern Chinese restaurant. Working closely with the Aqua Restaurant Group and architects Robert Angel International and Shalat Architects, Wesbuilt executed an Art Deco–inspired design featuring high ceilings, a 140-seat dining room, an 83-seat lounge and bar, and multiple private dining rooms. The result is a refined and contemporary space reflective of Hutong’s global brand and commitment to craftsmanship.
