This project involved the multi-phase renovation of Drs. Boyd P.C., a renowned family-owned dental practice in Midtown East. To ensure uninterrupted operations, the work was carefully executed in three phases, with stringent dust and noise control measures implemented throughout the construction process. The scope included the integration of an adjacent office to expand the practice, along with the creation of new treatment rooms, staff areas, and laboratory spaces. Additional upgrades encompassed a full renovation of reception areas, restrooms, and private offices, complemented by comprehensive enhancements to MEP systems and the incorporation of high-end finishes. The completed project delivers a modern, state-of-the-art clinical environment while honoring the legacy of this longstanding practice.
