Wesbuilt completed the upscale fit-out of Dickson’s Farmstand Meats at the historic Chelsea Market. The project converted a vacant space into a fully operational butcher and delicatessen, incorporating durable, hygienic finishes and commercial-grade flooring and wall systems designed to withstand the demands of daily operations. Wesbuilt also installed high-performance refrigeration and cold storage systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, and temperature-controlled display cases to maintain optimal conditions for product quality and freshness. Careful coordination of MEP systems and back-of-house functionality ensured efficient workflow, resulting in a seamless blend of retail presentation and operational performance.
