Wesbuilt recently completed an office fit-out for Booking Holdings (NASDAQ: BKNG), the world’s leading provider of online travel and related services, whose mission is to make it easier for everyone to experience the world. Located in the iconic Empire State Building, this workspace spans both the 22nd and 66th floors and was enhanced to foster a sleek, comfortable environment with abundant natural light—supporting focus, collaboration, and employee well-being through a range of thoughtful upgrades. The scope included new light fixtures, ceilings, partitions, and select flooring to reconfigure and refresh the space, along with full repainting and upgraded staff amenities. Minor mechanical and sprinkler modifications supported the revised layout. Acoustic performance was enhanced through a sound-masking system, a Sonospray application, and fabric acoustic panels, while concrete beam patching improved the aesthetics of exposed structural elements. On the 66th floor, additional work included power and fire alarm integration, installation of custom millwork, glass and metal finishes, and a new reception area.
