Avenue at MetLife

Wesbuilt completed the build-out of Avenue at MetLife, a luxury two-story, $10 million fitness and amenity facility located in the iconic MetLife Building at 200 Park Avenue for Tishman Speyer. Designed by Gensler, the state-of-the-art space redefines workplace wellness through a refined blend of functionality and design. The 25,000-square-foot facility includes a reception and lounge area, private offices, recovery and treatment rooms, locker rooms, an open cardio fitness area, a yoga studio, a multipurpose group fitness room, and an IT suite. High-end finishes, integrated lighting, and carefully coordinated building systems contribute to a seamless user experience within one of Manhattan’s most recognizable office towers. This project was recognized with the Commercial Construction & Renovation Magazine Project Award (2024).
