Wesbuilt is currently constructing a ground-up, 100,000-square-foot industrial facility in the Bronx for Sterling. The project entails the full development of a modern, high-capacity industrial building designed to accommodate flexible logistics and distribution operations. The facility will include power provisions for a fleet of electric delivery vans, four docks for 40-ft tractor-trailer deliveries, and will meet modern automation requirements for high-storage facilities. A logistics center is being developed to accommodate both dry goods and food & beverage distribution. With its close proximity to Hunts Point Market and major transportation corridors, 307 Bruckner Boulevard will serve as a key hub for industrial and commercial activity in the South Bronx.
